Jeff Dowd will forever be known as the Dude, the inspiration for Jeff Bridges’ character in Joel and Ethan Coen’s 1998 cult classic “The Big Lebowski.” Madison’s Dream Lanes Bowling Alley hosted a “Big Lebowski” night on the lanes this past Friday. Over 300 fans joined Jeff as he screened the movie at the bowling center. He even had a white russian or 2+++. Pictured here is Jeff, Mallards GM Vern Stenman and Dream Lanes Manager Gary Zuege.
