On the lanes, week in review at Dream Lanes Madison

As the weather cools down, the lanes start to heat up. This weeks scores feature 5 700+ series for Jim Fosdick and the 3rd 700 series for Lauren Sammel. Jim high series of the week was 751 in the Dream Lanes Classic league. Jim also had series of 724,707,703. A pretty good week for a “Old Guy”. Lauren used a high game of 277 for a 712 series in the Dream Lanes Major league. Other series of note for the Ladies: Gail Garyczynski 601, Vicki Langteau 592, Marge Pursell 579, High Series for the week went to Brian Frambs 779 bowling in the Dream Suburban Merchants bowling league. Other fine men’s series: Scott Smith 768, Steve Studee 764, Craig Swenson 740, Dick Lappen 738. That’s it for now. See you on the lanes at Dream Lanes Madison.

Strom Bowls first perfecto at Dream Lanes

After a slow start in the Dream Lanes Suburban Merchants league, Jim Strom caught fire. Jim’s first game was a 184. He followed that up with a very respectable 243 and then got lock in. His third game featured 12 solid strikes which resulted in Jim’s first perfect game. Congratulation Jim! The alleys were also hot on Monday for Gregg Williams 756, Brian Frambs 726-278, Jim Fosdick 716, Doug Leikness 702-289 and Tim Fosdick 700. Leading the way for the Dream Lanes Ladies Monday was Janice Ryan 577, Cheryl Erickson 567 and Amy Fosdick 566. Good bowling!!!!!!!!!jim strom
